Trade and samples
The rules of working with us, stated plainly: who we quote for, what we need from you, how samples and pack sizes work, and how you pay. No account applications, no minimum-spend games.
Who we quote for
Registered businesses, sole traders and individual makers. Contract manufacturers and brands developing a private label range are welcome. We do not run a trade-account scheme; every requirement is quoted on its own terms.
What to send with an enquiry
Business name and, if registered, company number and VAT number. For export outside the UK, your EORI number. Individuals: your name and delivery postcode. Then the INCI name or a description, grade, quantity and the documents you need.
Samples
Samples for bench trials, typically 100 g or 100 ml, are paid for and quoted like any other pack. Sample cost is shown on the quotation and, where the manufacturer allows, credited against a first production order.
Pack sizes
Small packs from 500 g to 5 kg, production quantities in 20 kg and 25 kg drums, and pallets by arrangement. Fragrance oils and aroma crystals can be compounded or pre-scented to a brief.
Prices and VAT
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling, ex VAT, with any VAT shown separately on the quotation and invoice. Delivery is quoted per order and any courier surcharge for materials classified for transport is shown before you commit.
Payment
Pro forma invoice, paid by bank transfer (Faster Payments) before dispatch. No card payments and no online checkout. Bank details are printed on the invoice and never change by email or phone.
